Application of high quality nursing service in the outpatient transfusion room

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing service in the outpatient transfusion room. Methods:100 patients receiving I. V. T. treatment in the outpatient infusion room from Jan. to Feb. 2015 were taken as the control group and the pa-tients in this group were given routine nursing care;other 100 patients treated with I. V. T. in the outpatient infusion room from Mar. to Apr. 2015 were taken as the observation group and the patients in this group were provided the high quality nursing service. The awareness of transfusion knowledge and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The score of the patients′ aware-ness of transfusion knowledge was higher in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of high quality nursing service in the outpatient transfusion room can improve the patients′ awareness of transfusion knowledge and satisfaction with nursing care.
