Effect of whole course nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and quality of life of lung cancer patients with aerosol inhalation therapy
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of whole course nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and quality of life of lung cancer patients with aerosol inhalation therapy. Methods:60 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(30 cases in each group)by using double - blind method. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the whole course nursing intervention was implemented in the experimental group,the treatment compliance and the scores of anxiety, depression and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The treatment compliance of the patients was better in the experimental group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of quality of life were higher in the experimental group than the control group after treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the experimental group than the control group (P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The whole course nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of the patients,improve their quality of life and relieve their negative emotion,anxiety and depression.
