AppIication of the individuaIized nursing strategy in patients with hepatobiIiary surgery

Abstract:Objective:Toexploretheapplicationmethodandeffectoftheindividualizednursingstrategyinpatientswithhepatobiliary surgery. Methods:86 patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(43 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were pro-vided the individualized nursing strategy,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of SAS and SDS were lower after nursing care than those before nursing care in the two groups(P﹤0. 05);the scores of SAS and SDS were lower in the observa-tion group than the control group after nursing care(P﹤0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of postop-erative recovery index,incidence of adverse reactions and the patientˊs satisfaction with nursing care between the two groups(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Application of the individualized nursing strategy can improve the psychological state of patients with hepatobiliary surgery,pro-mote postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the patientˊs satisfaction with nursing care.
