InfIuence of earIy rehabiIitation nursing intervention on patients with traumatic brain injury

Abstract：Objective:Todiscusstheinfluenceofearlyrehabilitationnursinginterventiononpatientswithtraumaticbraininjury.Meth-ods:82 patients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( 41 cases in each group). The patients were given routine treatment and nursing intervention in the hospital;the early rehabilitation nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group. The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of Fugl-Meyer scale,MMSE and MQ were superior after the intervention to those before the intervention in the two groups(P﹤0. 05);the scores of Fugl-Meyer scale,MMSE and MQ were superior in the observation group to the control group after the intervention(P﹤0. 05). Con-clusion:The early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the limb movement and cognitive function of patients with traumatic brain injury and promote their recovery of brain function.
