AppIication of the targeted perioperative nursing intervention in patients undergoing appendicitis operation

Abstract：Objective:Toexplorethemethodandeffectofapplyingperioperativenursinginterventiontopatientswithappendicitisopera-tion. Methods:100 patients with appendicitis operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases in each group). The conventional nursing care in the operating room was taken in the control group;the targeted perioperative nursing inter-vention was additionally implemented in the observation group,the effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Re-sults:The scores of HAMD and VAS were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention in the two groups(P﹤0. 05);the scores of HAMD and VAS were lower in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P﹤0. 05);the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the observa-tion group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The targeted perioperative nursing intervention can improve the psychological state of patients with appendicitis operation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing care.
