AppIication of the individuaIized seIf-management menu in improving the compIiance behavior of patients after TURP
Abstract：Objective:Toexploretheapplicationmethodandeffectoftheindividualizedself-managementmenuinimprovingthecom-pliance behavior of patients after transurethral resection of prostate( T∪RP). Methods:229 patients treated with T∪RP were randomly di-vided into the control group(n=107)and the observation group(n=122). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the individualized self-management menu was adopted in the observation group. After 3 months of telephone follow-up,the incidence of bad compliance behavior of the patients after operation and the patientsˊawareness of the postoperative rehabilitation knowledge were com-pared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of bad compliance behavior of the patients after operation were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group and the patientsˊawareness of the postoperative rehabilitation knowledge was significantly bet-ter in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:Application of the individualized self-management menu can improve the patientsˊawareness of the postoperative rehabilitation knowledge and reduce the incidence of bad compliance behavior of the patients after operation.
