Effect of FTS on perioperative cIinicaI parameters and Iife quaIity of patients with Iaparoscopic surgery for coIorectaI cancer
Abstract：Objective:Toexploretheapplicationeffectoffasttracksurgery(FTS)onperioperativeclinicalparametersandlifequality of patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer. Methods:88 patients with laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer were ran-domly divided into the control group and the intervention group(44 cases in each group)according to the double-blind method. The con-ventional perioperative nursing care was taken in the control group and the perioperative nursing intervention in the light of FTS concept was implemented in the intervention group. Results:The postoperative exhaust time,eating time,ambulation time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications was earlier,shorter and less in the intervention group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the scores of life quali-ty were significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group after 2,4,12 and 24 weeks of operation(P﹤0. 05). Conclu-sion:The FTS nursing intervention in the perioperative period can significantly improve clinical parameters,the quality of life and prognosis of the patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.
