AppIication of the standardized nursing strategy in patients with cerebrospinaI fIuid drainage

Abstract：Objective:Toexploretheapplicationmethodandeffectofthestandardizednursingstrategyinpatientswithcerebrospinal fluid drainage. Methods:133 selected patients undergoing cerebrospinal fluid drainage( from January 2013 to April 2015)were taken as the study group;other 133 patients receiving the treatment of cerebrospinal fluid drainage( before January 2013)were taken as the control group. The traditional nursing care of drainage tube was taken in the control group and the standardized nursing strategy was implemented in the study group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The quality of nursing care,the patientˊs awareness of the knowledge about the drainage and their satisfaction with nursing care was better in the study group than the control group(P﹤0. 05, P﹤0. 01). Conclusion:Application of the standardized nursing strategy can effectively improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with cerebrospinal fluid drainage.
