Application of PBL teaching method combined with CBL method in skil s standardization training of nurses
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of PBL teaching method combined with CBL method in skills standardization training of nurses. Methods:138 nurses with 2 - year working experience were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(69 cases in each group). The training was conducted in the experimental group by adopting PBL teaching method combined with CBL method and the traditional training method was used in the control group. The core competence and skills of the nurses and the effect of training were evaluated in the two groups after training. Results:The skills assessment scores of the nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0. 01);the core competence scores were higher in the experimental group than the control group(P < 0. 01);the nurses of 98. 55% thought the PBL teaching method combined with CBL method can improve their learning initia-tive,skill level and humanistic spirit. Conclusion:The PBL teaching method combined with CBL method can significantly improve the nur-ses' skills level,clinical nursing ability,critical thinking skills and the competence of analyzing and handling problems,and the new train-ing model is accepted by nurses.
