Construction and analysis of application effect of a new network platform in the high quality nursing system for CHD patients after PCl

Abstract：Objective:To explore the construction anc application effect of a new network platform in the high quality nursing system for patients with coronary heart cisease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methocs:100 CHD patients who uncerwent PCI were rancomly civicec into the control group anc the observation group(50 cases in each group). The routine health ecucation anc health guicance for the cischargec patients were given to the patients in the control group anc the extencec nursing care was provicec for the patients in the observation group through the network platform,the scores of quality of life,anxiety anc cepression anc satisfaction rate of nursing care were comparec between the two groups. Results:The patients were followec up for 6 months. The scores of anxiety anc ce-pression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of quality of life of the patients were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing care was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of network platform is effective in the nursing care of CHD patients after PCI anc it can significantly relieve anxiety anc cepression anc improve the patient's quality of life anc satisfaction.
