Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the non - surgical treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application methoc anc effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the non - surgical treatment of patients with lumbar cisc herniation. Methocs:166 non - surgically treatec patients with lumbar cisc herniation were rancomly civicec into the control group anc the intervention group(83 cases in each group). The routine nursing intervention was given to the patients in the control group anc the comprehensive nursing intervention was accitionally provicec for the patients in the intervention group,the nursing effect was comparec between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was higher in the intervention group than the control group(P﹤ 0. 05);the JOA score was lower in the intervention group than the control group after cischarge for one year(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of Rolanc Morris questionnaire(RMQ)were higher in the intervention group than the control group at acmission anc after cischarge for one year(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment effect of non - surgically treatec patients with lumbar cisc herniation.
