Application of family nursing service model in patients with enhanced MRl examination

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application effect of family nursing service mocel in patients with enhancec magnetic resonance im-aging(MRI)examination. Methocs:120 patients who receivec enhancec MRI examination were rancomly civicec into the observation group anc the control group(60 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care curing enhancec MRI examination;the family nursing service mocel was acoptec in the observation group basec on the methocs in the control group,the nursing effect was comparec between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant cifferences in the comparison of examina-tion time,one - time success rate,the rate of acverse reactions,the comfortable level anc the scores of nursing quality between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05,P ﹤ 0. 01);the scores of SAS anc SDS were superior after the intervention to those before the intervention in the obser-vation group anc the scores were superior in the observation group to those in the control group after the intervention(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclu-sion:Implementation of family nursing service mocel can shorten the examination time anc improve the efficiency of examination so as to enhance the comfort anc ease the bac mooc of the patients.
