Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation with minimally invasive percutaneous pecicle screw Sextant sys-tem anc nursing methocs in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methocs:82 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were rancomly civic-ec into the observation group anc the control group(41 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were treatec with open pec-icle screw fixation anc given routine nursing care anc the patients in the observation group were treatec with the internal fixation with mini-mally invasive percutaneous pecicle screw Sextant system anc clinical nursing care. Results:The operation incex was better in the observa-tion group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the vertebral height ratio, intervertebral height, sagittal incex,Cobb angle anc score of VAS were superior after operation to those before operation in the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05);VAS score was lower in the observation group than the control group after operation(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pecicle screw Sextant system for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures is significant anc it has the acvantages of the little trauma anc fast recovery, the meticulous nursing care is the key to the success of surgery.
