Effect of labor analgesia combined with uncontrol ed body position on the outcome of delivery in primiparas
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of labor analgesia combinec with uncontrollec bocy position on the outcome of celivery in primiparas. Methocs:181 primiparas who voluntarily receivec continuous epicural analgesia were civicec into the observation group(n =89)anc the control group(n = 92)at rancom. The labor analgesia combinec with uncontrollec bocy position was acoptec in the observa-tion group anc the labor analgesia combinec with tracitional celivery position was implementec in the control group. The moce of celivery, the curation of labor, usage of oxytocin, episiotomy anc maternal complications were comparec between the two groups. Results:The rate of virginal celivery was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group anc the usage of oxytocin was less in the observa-tion group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the curation of the first anc thirc birth process was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05,P ﹤ 0. 01);the cases of episiotomy were significantly fewer in the observation group than the con-trol group(P ﹤ 0. 05,P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:The labor analgesia combinec with uncontrollec bocy position can shorten the curation of la-bor anc promote natural celivery.
