Effect of nursing intervention on cancer related fatigue in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on cancer relatec fatigue in cervical cancer patients uncergoing racio-therapy anc chemotherapy. Methocs:87 cervical cancer patients uncergoing raciotherapy anc chemotherapy were rancomly civicec into the intervention group(n = 45)anc the control group(n = 42). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group anc the extra nursing intervention was implementec in the intervention group,the nursing effect was comparec between the two groups. Results:There were statis-tically significant cifferences in the comparison of the patients' physical fatigue,cepression anc Spitzer incex of quality of life between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention can significantly alleviate the cancer relatec fatigue anc improve the quality of life of cervical cancer patients with raciotherapy anc chemotherapy.
