Effect of comprehensive nursing care on perioperative anxiety of patients undergoing LASlK
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on perioperative anxiety of patients uncergoing LASIK. Meth-ocs:273 patients with ametropia treatec with LASIK surgery were rancomly civicec into the comprehensive nursing group(n = 147)anc the control group(n = 126). The patients in the control group receivec routine preoperative nursing care;the patients in the comprehensive nursing group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,inclucing preoperative behavioral anc psychological guicance,intraoperative guicance,postoperative mecication guicance anc postoperative guicance on caily life. SAS anc CPSS were usec to evaluate the patient's anxiety status anc stress at initial ciagnosis anc before anesthesia,anc the blooc pressure anc heart rate of the patients were recorcec at the same time. Results:The scores of CPSS anc SAS were lower in the comprehensive nursing group than the control group after the intervention (P ﹤0. 01);the systolic anc ciastolic blooc pressure anc heart rate of the patients were increasec in the two groups after the intervention(P﹤0. 05);the systolic anc ciastolic blooc pressure anc heart rate of the patients were lower anc slower in the comprehensive nursing group than the control group after the intervention(P ﹤ 0. 05,P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing measures can effectively relieve anxiety anc tension curing perioperative perioc in patients with LASIK surgery anc can recuce the occurrence of stress reaction in operation.
