Analysis of the influencing factors of organizational commitment of nurses in a certain hospital at the level of grade Ⅲ - A
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of organizational commitment of nurses in a certain hospital at the level of gradeⅢ - A. Methods:The ″China employee organizational commitment scale″ was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 816 clinical nur-ses in a certain hospital at the level of grade Ⅲ - A. Results:The overall level of group organizational commitment of the investigated nur-ses was relatively higher and the total score was 64. 54 ± 973 points. The different positions,different departments and different times of weekly night shifts influenced on organizational commitment(P < 0. 05);the allocation of manpower,different working attitude and fair promotion opportunities had impact on organizational commitment(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing managers should pay more attention to the factors that affect the organizational commitment of clinical nurses and use a variety of effective management tools to gradually im-prove organizational commitment of nurses.
