Observation on the effect of continuous individualized health education in improving self-management ability of patients with hemodialysis
Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of continuous individualized health education on improving self-management ability of pa-tients with hemodialysis. Methods:23 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis were provided continuous individual health educa-tion,and the self-management ability of the patients was compared before and after health education. Results:The self-management a-bility of the patients was better after health education than that before health education(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of contin-uous individualized health education can improve the self-management ability of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
