Application of clinical nursing path in patients with cervical cancer surgery
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing path( CNP)in nursing care of patients with cervical cancer surgery. Methods:100 patients with cervical cancer were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the time of admission(50 cases in each group). The patients in the observation group were given nursing care according to CNP and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The incidence of complications,hospitalization time and expenses,up-to-standard rate of health education and satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of complications,hos-pitalization time and expenses were significantly lower and shorter in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);the up-to-standard rate of health education and satisfaction rate of the patients were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Application of CNP in nursing care of patients with cervical cancer can shorten the hospitalization time,reduce hospitalization costs and the incidence of complications and can also improve the quality of health education and patientsˊsatisfaction.
