Application of objective structured clinical examination in the evaluation of clinical skil s of nursing graduates in local col eges and universities
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of objective structured clinical examination( OSCE)in the evalua-tion of clinical skills of nursing graduates in local colleges and universities. Methods:The OSCE assessment program was adopted to evalu-ate the clinical skills of 481 nursing graduates in local colleges and universities and the effect of assessment was analyzed. Results:The difficulty of OSCE examination program was moderate and the differentiation degree was higher,and it had good reliability and validity. Conclusion:OSCE can accurately and objectively evaluate the clinical skills of nursing graduates.
