Application of predictive nursing care in patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of predictive nursing care in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods:80 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (40 cases in each group).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the predictive nursing care was implemented in the observation group in the whole perioperative period.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation complications and the satisfaction rate of surgical doctors and patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and operation complication was significantly shorter and less in the observation group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the satisfaction rate of patients and the surgical doctors was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The predictive nursing care can improve the satisfaction rate of patients and the surgical doctors,shorten the operation time,reduce the bleeding volume and the operation complication.
