Application of self-aid heart rehabilitation training in patients with CHF

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of self-aid heart rehabilitation training in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods:90 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group (45 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the self-aid heart rehabilitation training was implemented in the observation group,the effect of cardiac rehabilitation was compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The heart function indexes of the patients in the two groups were better after the intervention than those before the intervention (P ＜ 0.01);each heart function index of the patients significantly improved in the observation group compared with that in the control group (P ＜ 0.01);the scores of quality of life (QOL) scale were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention in the two groups (P ＜ 0.01);the scores of QOL in the observation group was lower than those in the control group after the intervention (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The self -aid heart rehabilitation training can significantly improve the heart function of patients with CHF so as to improve their overall quality of life.
