Application of surgical nursing path in patients with laparoscopic hernia repair surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of applying surgical nursing path in patients with laparoscopic hernia repair surgery.Methods:85 patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair surgery were randomly divided into the observation group (n =43) and the control group (n =42).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care;the surgical nursing path was implemented in the observation group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the satisfaction rate of the patients,the incidence of postoperative complications and intraoperative adverse events,length of hospital stay,disappearence time of chronic sharp pain between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Application of surgical nursing path can improve the satisfaction rate of patients with laparoscopic hernia repair surgery,reduce postoperative complications and adverse events and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
