Observation on the effect of hospital-community-family nursing model in nursing care of 59 patients with enterostomy
Abstract：Objective:To explore the application method and effect of the hospital-community-family nursing modelin nursing care of patients with enterostomy.Methods:119 patients who underwent enterostomy were randomly divided into the intervention group (n =59)and the control group (n =60).The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the hospital-community-family nursing model was additionally implemented in the intervention group.The self-management score and the incidence of complications of enterostomy were compared between the two groups.Results:The self-management score of the patients was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the incidence of complications of enterostomy was lower in the intervention group than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The hospital-community-family nursing model can improve the self-management ability and reduce the incidence of complications of enterostomy.
