Application of virginal delivery without episiotomy to natural delivery in primiparas with low risk
Abstract:Objective:To explore the application method and effect of virginal delivery without episiotomy to natural delivery in primiparas with low risk.Methods:400 primiparas with low risk were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group (200 primiparas in each group).The traditional protective midwifery with bilateral pudendal nerve block was used in the control group and virginal delivery without episiotomy was provided in the experimental group,the effect of the intervention was compared between the two groups.Resuits:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of perineal laceration,lateral perineal resection rate,satisfaction rate,hospitalization days and expenses between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The virginal delivery without episiotomy to natural delivery in primiparas with low risk can reduce the injury of perineum,improve maternal satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time and decrease hospitalization expenses.
