Application of doctor - nurse col aboration model in the control of headache in patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of the application of doctor - nurse collaboration model in the control of headache in patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods:78 patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage treated in our hospital from Mar. 2012 to Feb. 2013 were taken as the control group and the conventional nursing measures were implemented in this group,and other 82 pa-tients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage treated from Mar. 2013 to Feb. 2014 were taken as the observation group,the doctor - nurse collaboration model was adopted to the control of pain in this group. The pain scores and satisfaction rate of pain control were compared be-tween the two groups respectively on the 3rd ,7th ,10th and 15th day. Results:The pain scores on the 3rd ,7th ,10th and 15th day after injury were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the satisfaction rate of pain control in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The doctor - nurse collaboration model can effectively relieve the symptoms of headache in patients with traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.
