Effect of il ustration of CNP on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with refractory glaucoma

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of illustration of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)on postoperative rehabilitation of pa-tients with refractory glaucoma. Methods:160 patients with refractory glaucoma surgery in our hospital from Feb. to Jul. 2014 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(80 cases in each group). The routine nursing and health education methods were used in the control group and the illustration of CNP was adopted in the experimental group. The understanding on health knowledge, postoperative life quality of the patients and satisfaction rate of nursing care were compared between the two groups before discharge. Re-sults:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the understanding on health knowledge,postoperative life quality of the patients and satisfaction rate of nursing care between the two groups before discharge(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The illustration of CNP can improve the health knowledge,quality of life and satisfaction of patients with refractory glaucoma surgery.
