Application of nursing intervention to ultrasound - guided needle biopsy in patients with HlV/AlDS
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the value of nursing intervention in ultrasound - guided needle biopsy(UGNB)for patients with HIV / AIDS. Methods:The clinical data of 216 HIV / AIDS patients with UGNB in our hospital and preoperative,intraoperative and post-operative nursing measures were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The total success rate of needle biopsy was 98. 1%(212 / 216),failure rate was 1. 9%(4 / 216),the incidence of postoperative complications was 2. 3%(5 / 216),no occupational exposure to infection occurred in any medical staff. Conclusion:Implementation of the comprehensive and meticulous nursing intervention in UGNB for patients with HIV/ AIDS can improve the success rate of needle biopsy,reduce complications and risk of occupational exposure to infection.
