The whole course high quality nursing care in laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 230 cases

Abstract：Objective:To explore the methods and effect of the whole course high quality nursing care in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:460 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group (230 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were provided the whole course high quality nursing care,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statisti-cally significant differences in the comparison of quality of nursing care,satisfaction of nursing care and the scores of SAS and SDS of the patients between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of the whole course high quality nursing care can improve the sat-isfaction of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,ease the negative emotions and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
