Effect of rehabilitation exercise on recovery of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation exercise on recovery of patients after laparoscopic myomectomy so as to improve the quality of nursing service. Methods:158 patients who received laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 77)and the control group(n = 81). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the post-operative rehabilitation exercise was provided in the experimental group. The non incision pain,anal exhaust and complications of the pa-tients after operation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The incidence of postoperative non incision pain was less and remission duration was shorter in the experimental group than that in the control group;the postoperative recovery of anal sphincter was better and the incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The re-habilitation exercise is beneficial to the recovery of the patients after laparoscopic myomectomy.
