Effect of fast track surgery nursing on anxiety of patients undergoing regular laparoscopic and endoscopic urinary surgery
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of application of fast track surgery nursing in the perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing regular laparoscopic and endoscopic urinary surgery and discuss its impact on anxiety of patients before and after operation. Methods:The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(30 cases in each group)according to the disease and operation methods. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the experimental group were provided fast track surgery nursing,the scores of self - rating anxiety scale(SAS)were compared between the two groups before and after operation. Results:The scores of SAS were lower in the experimental group than the control group before operation(P < 0. 05);the scores of SAS were significantly lower after operation than those before operation in the two groups(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The fast track surgery nursing can effectively relieve the preoperative and postoperative anxiety of patients with laparoscopic and endoscopic urinary sur-gery.
