Effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing of TCM on limb rehabilitation in convalescent patients with ischemic stroke

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing of TCM on limb rehabilitation in convalescent pa-tients with ischemic stroke.Methods:60 ischemic stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (30 cases in each group).The patients in both groups were treated with basic drugs and acupuncture.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the standardized rehabilitation nursing of TCMwas adopted in the observation group according to clinical nursing path.The patients were scored by FMI and Barthel index before treatment and after treatment for 2 and 4 weeks,the limb functions and quality of life of the patients were observed in the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant difference in the comparison of the FMI score and Barthel score between the two groups after treatment (P <0.01,P <0.05);the scores of FMI and Barthel index were higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05);the effect of the patients was better in the observation group than the control group (P <0.01,P <0.05).Conclusion:The standardized rehabilitation nursing of TCM can improve the limb function of conva-lescent patients with ischemic stroke so as to improve their quality of life and treatment efficacy.
