Analysis of job stressors and related influencing factors in contract nurses in public hospitals in Kunming city
Abstract：Objective:To explore the job stressors and analyze the related influencing factors in contract nurses in public hospitals in Kunming city in order to provide the reference for the management of contract nurses.Methods:The job stressors scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 114 contract nurses of 4 public hospitals in Kunming city.Results:The scores of job stressors of the contract nur-ses of 4 public hospitals in Kunming city were 77.816 ±21.237.The top 3 job stressors were the workload and time allocation,specialty and problems in patient care (P <0.05).Conclusion:The nursing managers should pay attention to the main reasons affecting the job stressors of the contract nurses and take effective measures to reduce their work pressure so as to further stabilize the nursing team and im-prove the quality of nursing care.
