Analysis of the current situation of KAP of nursing staff in QCC implementation and influencing factors in a certain hospital at the level of grade III class A in Nanchang city
Abstract：Objective:To analyze the current situation of KAP of nursing staff in QCC implementation and the influencing factors in a certain hospital at the level of grade III class A in Nanchang city.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 128 nursing staff in a hospital in Nanchang city and the data were analyzed.Results:In the investigated nurses,the scores of mastering QCC knowledge were 23.94 ±1.64 and the awareness was 85.50%;the scores of attitude were 23.36 ±0.68 and the scoring rate was 93.45%;the scores of practice were 24.14 ±2.05 and the compliance rate was 80.45%.The main factors that affect the KAP of nursing staff were professional title,educational background and training experience.Conclusion:The mastery of QCC knowledge of nursing staff is in the general level and the supervision and management of nurses'KAP should be strengthened and it is necessary to carry out regular training on QCC knowledge of nursing staff.
