Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods:100 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care;the nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of SAS and SDS were lower after nursing care than those before nursing care in the two groups(P < 0. 05);the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing care(P < 0. 05);the scores of quality of life of the patients and satisfaction rate were higher in the obser-vation group than the control group after nursing care(P < 0. 05).
