Effect of holistic nursing intervention on surgical patients with breast benign tumor
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with benign breast tumor. Methods:82 patients with benign breast tumor treated with surgery were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group(41 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received routine surgical nursing care and the patients in the intervention group were given the strengthened holistic nursing intervention,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of HAMA and HAMD were lower after operation than those before operation in the two groups(P < 0. 05);the scores of HAMD and HAMA were lower in the intervention group than those in the control group after operation(P < 0. 05);the satisfaction rate was higher in the intervention group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Strengthening holistic nursing intervention can relieve the anxiety and depression of surgical patients with breast benign tumor and improve the satisfaction rate of the patients.
