Application of CNP to the fol ow - up after discharge of patients with heart stent implantation
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in the follow - up after discharge of patients with heart stent implantation. Methods:118 patients with heart stent implantation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(59 cases in each group). The conventional rehabilitation guidance was given to the patients after discharge in the control group and CNP was additionally implemented in the observation group, the intervention effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of quality of life and self - care ability of the patients were higher after follow - up of 3 months than those at discharge in the two groups(P < 0. 05);the scores of quality of life and self - care ability of the patients were higher in the observation group than the control group after follow - up for 3 months(P < 0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the control of cardiovas-cular risk factors and health behavior of the patients between the two groups(P < 0. 05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of CNP can improve the quality of life of patients with heart stent implantation and can enhance their self - care ability, standardize the health behavior and reduce complications.
