Application of modified supportive nursing model in premature infants

Abstract:Objective:To explore the application method and effect of the modified supportive nursing model in premature infants. Meth-ods:120 premature infants were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(60 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was given to the premature infants in the control group and the modified supportive nursing model was adopted in the experi-mental group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the com-parison of the score of NBNA at 40 weeks after correction for the gestational age and the score of CDCC at the age of one year between the two groups(P < 0. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The modified supportive nursing model can effectively promote the development of prema-ture infants′ neural behavior and intelligence and motor.
