Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of self - efficacy theory - based staging rehabilitation training on the patients after total knee arthroplasty. Methods:86 patients who underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(43 cases in each group). The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation training and the patients in the observation group were provided staging rehabilitation training based on self - efficacy theory, the postoperative rehabilitation effect was compared between the two groups. Results:The HSS score in one month and 3 months after operation was significantly higher in the obser-vation group than the control group(P < 0. 05);the good and excellent rate of rehabilitation of the patients was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after 3 months of operation(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The self - efficacy theory - based staging re-habilitation training can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with total knee arthroplasty.
