Application of CNP in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(50 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the CNP was implemented in the nursing care in the observation group,the nursing effect,incidence of complications and satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results:After 4 weeks of nursing care,the improvement of Barthel index and FAM score was superior in the observation group to that in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the time and expenses of hospitali-zation,awareness rate of health knowledge and the satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing care between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05);the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of CNP can im-prove the quality of nursing care in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the economic burden of the patients.
