Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing on the success rate of rescue and negative emotions of patients with organic phosphorus poisoning. Methods:140 patients with organic phosphorus poisoning were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(70 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the evidence - based nursing was implemented in the observation group. The success rate of rescue, negative emotion of the patients and clinical effect were com-pared between the two groups. Results:The success rate of rescue was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤ 0. 05);the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the degree of anxiety and depression were significantly lower after the intervention compared with that before the intervention in the two groups and the improvement of the patients was better in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the level of IL - 6 and IL - 10 on the seventh day of admission were significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the length of hospital stay was shorter in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The evidence - based nursing can effectively alle-viate the negative emotions of patients with organic phosphorus poisoning and improve the success rate of rescue.
