Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with cancer complicated with radiation pneumonia
Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with cancer compli-cated with radiation pneumonia. Methods:120 patients with cancer complicated with radiation pneumonia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(60 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the control group;the comprehen-sive nursing intervention was adopted in the observation group. The life quality of the patients was compared between the two groups. Re-sults:The scores of the physical function,psychological function,social function and material function were lower after nursing care than those before nursing care in the observation group and the scores were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after nursing care(P ﹤ 0. 05);the scores of somatization,depression,anxiety and interpersonal relationship were superior in the observation group to the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with cancer complicated with radiation pneumonia.
