Observation on the anticoagulative effect of regional citrate anticoagulation for hemoperfusion in patients with acute poisoning
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the anticoagulative effect of regional citrate anticoagulation for hemoperfusion in patients with acute poisoning. Methods:37 acute poisoning patients who would receive hemoperfusion were randomly divided into group A(anticoagulation with unfractionated heparin),group B(anticoagulation with low molecular weight heparin)and group C(anticoagulation with local sodium cit-rate). The count of platelet, activated partial thromboplastin time and coagulation in hemofilter and bleeding were monitored and evaluated for all cases. Results:The differences in the comparison of the blood coagulation, bleeding, coagulation function and platelet count in group C with group A and B were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of citrate might be better at anticoagulation than hep-arin in hemoperfusion for acute poisoning patients.
