Abstract：Objective:To explore the influence of type feedback communication process on patients with expected operation on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:113 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 56)and the control group(n = 57). The routine nursing process was used in the control group and the type feedback communication process was a-dopted in the observation group,the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differ-ences in the comparison of the time to receive rescue and treatment,D - S time,the success rate of rescue,the incidence of complications, fatality rate during hospitalization,hospitalization time and the overall satisfaction rate between the two groups(P ﹤ 0. 05);the differences in the comparison of the APACHE II scores of the patients in the transport process and after hospitalization were not statistically significant (P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion:Application of type feedback communication process can increase the success rate of rescue and reduce fatality rate in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and can shorten the length of hospital stay and improve patient satisfaction.
