Application of the individualized psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with unexplained secondary infertility after recurrent spontaneous abortion

Abstract:Objective:To explore the method of applying the individualized psychological intervention and investigate its effect in the treatment of patients with unexplained secondary infertility after recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA). Methods:139 patients with unex-plained secondary infertility after RSA were randomly divided into the control group(n = 69)and the observation group(n = 70). The con-ventional nursing model was used in the control group and the individualized psychological intervention was additionally adopted in the ob-servation group,the effect of the intervention was compared between the two groups. Results:The nursing satisfaction,pregnancy rate and awareness of the disease of the patients in the observation group were higher and better than those in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 01);the scores of SAS and SDS were lower after the intervention than those before the intervention in the observation group and the scores were low-er in the observation group than the control group after the intervention(P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion:The individualized psychological interven-tion can improve the patient's satisfaction,pregnancy rate and awareness of the disease and can relieve anxiety and depression of the pa-tients in the treatment of unexplained secondary infertility after RSA.
