Observation on the effect of psychological behavior intervention in the treatment of patients with cerebral aneurysm by interventional therapy
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of psychological behavior intervention in nursing care for patients with cerebral aneurysm during interventional therapy. Methods:86 patients who received interventional therapy for cerebral aneurysm in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(43 cases in each group). The routine nursing care was taken in the con-trol group and the psychological behavior intervention was implemented in the observation group. Results:The effective rate of the treatment and satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing care during interventional therapy were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the patients suffering abnormality in mental state and behavior were significantly fewer in the observation group than the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the total treatment time was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group (P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of psychological behavior intervention is significant in the treatment of patients with cerebral aneurysms by interventional therapy.
