Effect of TCM psychological care on patients with functional dyspepsia resulting from liver stagnation and spleen deficiency

Abstract：Objective:To explore the effect of TCM psychological care on patients with functional dyspepsia resulting from liver stagna-tion and spleen deficiency of braingut petides of VIP and SS. Methods:60 patients with functional dyspepsia resulting from liver stagnation and spleen deficiency were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(30 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given treatment with domperidone tablet and routine nursing care;the patients in the treatment group were given the same treatment and TCM psychological care. The efficacy of treatment and laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups. Re-sults:The effectual rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P ﹤ 0. 05);the symptom score,VIP score and SS score in the two groups were lower after treatment than those before treatment(P ﹤ 0. 05);the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:Implementation of TCM psychological care can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the content of serum VIP and SS of the patients and relieve the clinical symptoms in the treatment of functional dyspepsia resul-ting from liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.
