Abstract：Objective:To discuss the influence of stress in late pregnancy on the immune function of the puerperant and infants. Meth-ods:140 primiparas in our hospital were investigated by using pregnancy stress scale before one day of delivery and the stress level was as-sessed. IgA,IgG,IgM and the content of C3 and C4 in serum were determined during delivery and within 24 hours after delivery. Results:The scores of stress(M)were 1. 53 before one day of delivery and QR was 0. 49. There was no correlation between the scores of pregnancy stress and IgA and C4(P > 0. 05);the scores of pregnancy stress were negatively correlated with IgG,C3 and IgM(P < 0. 05). Conclu-sion:The pregnancy stress of primiparas is in medium level before one day of delivery,the milder the stress of primiparas is,the better the immune function of puerperant and infants is.
