Effect of nursing intervention on the negative emotions and postpartum hemorrhage of puerperant

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the negative emotions and postpartum hemorrhage of puerper-ant. Methods:135 puerperant were randomly divided into the study group(n = 68)and the control group(n = 67). The routine obstetric nursing care was taken in the control group and the extra nursing intervention measures were provided for the patients in the study group, the nursing efficiency was compared between the two groups. Results:The scores of SAS and SDS were lower after nursing intervention than those before nursing intervention in the two groups(P < 0. 05);the SAS and SDS scores were lower in the study group than the control group after nursing intervention(P < 0. 05);there were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the negative emotions and postpartum hemorrhage of puerperant between the two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention can relieve the negative e-motions and postpartum hemorrhage of puerperant.
