Effect of bundled nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of the bundled nursing intervention on postoperative quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods:64 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group(n = 33)and the control group(n =31). The conventional nursing measures were implemented in the control group and the bundled nursing intervention was additionally a-dopted in the observation group. The QLQ - C30 V3. 0 EORTC was used to assess the quality of life of the patients respectively in one day before operation and in 2 weeks after discharge. Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the com-parison of the scores of QLQ - C30 EORTC in one day before operation(P > 0. 05);the difference was statistically significant in the com-parison of the scores of overall health of the patients in 2 weeks after discharge(P < 0. 05):Conclusion:The implementation of the bundled nursing intervention can not only relieve the clinical symptoms,but also improve the quality of life and mental health of the patients.
